Under the authority of  subsection 4(2) and paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act,  the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a commercial grant to the Town of Marystown for Crown Land comprising of an area not to exceed fifty hectares and to include 0.4725 hectare of the shoreline reservation, located at Marystown, in the Electoral District of Burin – Placentia West, for the purpose of the construction and operation of a marine industrial park subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
