Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Randy Mouland as Executive Director - Operations in the Office of the Chief Information Officer, Executive Council, effective October 12, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
