Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant to Vale Inco Newfoundland and Labrador Limited for land surrendered by Rhodia Canada Limited, not to exceed 100 hectares contained in Crown Lease number 109010 and more particularly described in Annex 2 of the Minister’s Submission, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
