Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to permanently close the section of public highway to the former Erco Plant in Long Harbour, route 202, more particularly described in Annex 3 of the Minister’s Submission and that administration and control of the closed highway  be transferred forever to the Minister of Environment and Conservation, for inclusion in the Crown grant to Vale Inco Newfoundland and Labrador Limited.
