Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding in the amount of $12,603,000 against 2010-11 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the awarding of a tender for the paving of the Trans Labrador Highway.
