Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Denise Tubrett as Assistant Deputy Minister – Support Services in the Department of Health and Community Services effective October 26, 2009, with salary set at step 29 on the 1312 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan and with step progression and general salary increases applicable to  the executive to apply.
