Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Derrick Dalley as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Education, with effect from April 9, 2009.
