Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell the parcel of land measuring an area of zero decimal one one three (0.113) hectare, as identified on the survey plan and description attached as Annex “B” of the Minister of Transportation and Works Submission, to Mountain Holdings Limited for the amount of $10,001.00 plus HST.
