Under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act,the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Alex Harrold to act as the Chief Review Commissioner of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division, upon the temporary medical leave of absence of the current Chief Review Commissioner until the Chief Review Commissioner is able to resume his duties, with Mr. Harrold’s remuneration to increase to $230.77 biweekly (based on the $6,000 annual stipend), in addition to $500 per case, during this additional assignment.
