Under the authority of section 31 of “An Act to Amend the Securities Act” SNL2008 c.44,  the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring into force on October 30, 2009, the following sections of An Act to Amend the Securities Act: Paragraphs 1(1)(a), (c), (e) and (g), and sections 4 to 12, 15, 21 and subsections 30(1) and (2).
