Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Sheree MacDonald as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services, effective April 13, 2009, at her current salary, with a position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Ms. MacDonald’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective April 13, 2009, where applicable.
