Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Bruce Cooper as Acting Assistant Deputy Minister in the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services, with responsibility for transition, effective April 13, 2009, at his current salary.
