Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land to the Town of Cupids for an area of land not exceeding 0.8 hectare, situated at Pointe Beach, in the Town of Cupids, for the purpose of a marina, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such grants.
