Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit $1,441,000 against its 2010/11 budgetary appropriations to fund the project costs associated with the Contribution Agreement.
