Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. David Norman as the Deputy Minister of the Department Government Services, effective April 13, 2009, with salary at an appropriate level on the 2228 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
