Under the authority of section 19 of the Endangered Species Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to attach conditions to, amend, or revoke an Economic Activity Permit issued to Nalcor Energy and/or an applicable subsidiary corporation(s) under the authority of OC2012-060.
