Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding of $5,795,720 against its 2009/10 budgetary appropriations for the purchase of heavy equipment.
