Under the authority of section 6 of the Energy Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador Water Rights Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to issue a water rights lease for the Lower Churchill River to Nalcor Energy, a copy of which is to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council, under the signature of the Minister of Natural Resources.
