Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Jacquelyn Howard as Associate Secretary to Cabinet (Communications), on an acting basis, effective May 26, 2014, with salary at step 3 on the 1856 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
