Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against current account appropriations for Alterations and Improvements to Existing Facilities in the amounts of $910,000 for 2009-10, $207,200 for 2010-11 and $20,000 annually in each of 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15 in order to facilitate awarding a contract for elevator upgrades and maintenance in the West Block, Confederation Building.
