Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation to pre-commit up to $500,000 against its 2010-11 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the awarding of a contract to Target Marketing & Communications Inc. and ZedIT Solutions Incorporated to implement internet marketing and website services.
