Under the authority of section 6 of the Centre for Health Information Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Denise Tubrett to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information to replace the Representative of the Department of Health and Community Services for a three year term, effective October 27, 2009.
