Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $1,100,000 against its 2009/10 budgetary appropriations for refits of the M/V Sir Robert Bond and M/V Northern Ranger.
