Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby appoints Mr. Terry Paddon as the Acting Deputy Minister of the Public Service Secretariat in Executive Council, effective November 2, 2009 until the appointment of a permanent incumbent, in addition to his responsibilities as the Deputy Minister of Finance and Secretary to Treasury Board.
