Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence of Crown land comprising an area of approximately 63 square metres to Messrs. Mark and Fraser Carpenter in the Electoral District of Terra Nova for the purpose of a boathouse, wharf and slipway, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
