Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence of Crown land comprising an area of  45 square metres to Messrs. Mark and Fraser Carpenter in the Electoral District of Terra Nova for the purpose of mooring and servicing artic expedition vessels, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
