Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, approval was given for the Minister of Transportation and Works to transfer a 1.147 hectare parcel of land, more particularly described in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-electric Corporation, on an as-is, where-is basis, and on terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
