Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence of Crown land comprising an area of 23 square metres situated at Aquaforte Harbour to Mr. Dirk Whalen in the Electoral District of Ferryland for the purpose of constructing  a boathouse and wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
