Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources, and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign a Memorandum of Agreement with Natural Resources Canada regarding the ecoEnergy Retrofit Homes Program which allows the sharing of data, including personal information on individuals, for the purposes of administering the Newfoundland and Labrador Energuide for Houses Program.
