Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence of Crown land comprising an area of approximately 160 square metres to Mr. Wilfred Stanley Reid in the Electoral District of St. Barbe for the purpose of a fishing shed, wharf and slipway, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
