Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Laurie Skinner as the Assistant Deputy Minister – Financial Planning and Benefits Administration in the Department of Finance, effective April 13, 2009, with salary at an appropriate level on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
