Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Julia Mullaley as Assistant Deputy Minister – Business Investment in the Department of Business, effective April 13, 2009, with salary at an appropriate level on the 1404 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
