Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 3,675 square feet of office space/clinic space for community based services of Eastern Health for Whitbourne and surrounding communities from White Dove Holdings Ltd., presently occupied by Eastern Health for the period September 1, 2009 to December 31, 2011 with a one year renewable option and at a rental rate of $17.88 per square foot, or $65,709 per annum, plus HST.
