Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 3,269 square feet of office space occupied by the Newfoundland and Labrador Legal Aid Commission, Mental Health Office, from Kenmount Properties Ltd. located at 251 Empire Avenue, St. Johns, NL, for a term up to September 30, 2015 at an annual rental rate of $29.94 per square foot, or $97,882.00 per annum.
