Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Geoff Williams as Assistant Deputy Minister – Labour Relations in the Public Service Secretariat, effective April 13, 2009, with salary at an appropriate level on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
