Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as amended, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 24,004 square feet of office space at $25.50 per square foot, and 1,655 square feet of mezzanine storage space at $9.00 per square foot, occupied by the Department of Government Services, Government Service Centre at 5 Mews Place, St. John’s, NL, approved for the period of two (2) years commencing April 7, 2009, under the existing terms and conditions, with an option to extend for an additional year at the same rate.
