Under the authority of section 4 of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to name Ms. Leslie Galway, Chief Executive Officer of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, as the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador nominee to the Council of Governors of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, for a three?year term effective from a current date.
