Under the authority of sections 7(1) and 7(3) of the Business Investment Corporation Act the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Frederick D. Drover as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Business Investment Corporation until February 2, 2013, with effect from the date of appointment.
