Under the authority of section 51 of the Memorial University Act, and on the report of the Senate, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve the appointment by the Board of Regents of the University, of Dr. Gary Kachanoski as President of Memorial University for a five year term effective July 1, 2010.
