Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture to pre-commit $7,457,000 against its 2010/11 budget allocation to facilitate the award of a tender for the St. Alban’s Aquatic Health and Administration Facility.
