Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding in the amount of $4,892,100 against 2010-11 budgetary appropriations, in place of the $2,268,000 previously approved by MC2009-0230, to facilitate the awarding of a tender for the construction of a new K-12 school in Port Hope Simpson.
