Under the authority of section 3 of “An Act to Amend the Partnership Act” SNL2008 c24, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force upon publication of the proclamation in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
