Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit funds of $125,000 against its 2010-11 appropriations to facilitate hotel contracts required by the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency to host the Canadian Councils of Resource Ministers and Deputy Ministers’ meetings.
