Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 6,047 square feet of office space for the Department of Government Services, Government Service Center, 1,474 square feet of office space and 1,070 square feet for garage space for the Department of Environment and Conservation, Lands Division, in the Balmoral      Building from Paro Enterprises Ltd., Clarenville, for a period of six (6) months, commencing from February 6, 2009 to June 5, 2009, and on a month to month basis thereafter until new accommodations are completed under the existing terms and conditions and at a new rental rate of $12.30 per square foot for office space and $5.11 per square foot for storage space.
