An Act to Provide for the Organization and Administration of Emergency Services in the Province
Under the authority of section 31 of “An Act to Provide for the Organization and Administration of Emergency Services in the Province” the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring the Act into force on May 1, 2009.
