Under the authority of section 6 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007 the Lieutenant Governor in Council rescinds the appointment of the Deputy Minister of the Department of Natural Resources to the Board of Directors of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-electric Corporation.
