Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding in the amount of $3,429,000 against its budgetary appropriations for 2010-11 to facilitate the awarding of a tender for the L’anse au Loup School infrastructure project.
