Under the authority of section 28(3)(b) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to establish the following Subdivision with the description as noted:

Subdivision 4.3.03 Government-Operated Aircraft (Capital) Appropriations provide for capital investment in Government’s aircraft fleet.
