Under the authority of section  26(4) of  the Financial Administration Act,  the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding of $54,989,100 against its 2010/11 budgetary appropriations and $38,596,200 against its 2011/12 budgetary appropriations for the acquisition of four (4) waterbombers from Bombardier Inc.
