Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Administrator, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Bernard Davis as Minister of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, with effect from September 6, 2019.
